January is here and we are kicking off the new year with 4 shows. If you caught our January 5th show at Garden Bistro 24 in Slingerlands, you are in on the ground floor this month.
This Saturday January 14th we return to Emack & Bolio’s at 366 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY for a Cozy Fireside Acoustic Rock Show from 7–10PM.
We love playing Emack & Bolio’s because this is where it all began for Gross & Hart. We’ve added a lot of new songs to the set list so come on out of the cold and warm up by the fireplace and enjoy some acoustic rock with your dessert.
As always, at our Emack & Bolio’s shows all tips will benefit the The Alzheimer’s Association, so please tip generously so we can beat this thing.
Jim Gross will be playing a solo acoustic show at the Garden Bistro 24 in Slingerlands on the January 19th. Enjoy classic bistro fare with Jim when he showcases his own repertoire of popular and obscure covers and a few original compositions on guitar and harmonica.
Jim’s repertoire includes songs by Neil Young, Wilco, Leonard Cohen, John Prine, Will T. Massey, The Rolling Stones, and a couple of his own songs. So come on out and check out Jim’s solo performance.
Gross & Hart enjoy great music as much as we enjoy great food and on January 28th we debut at Restaurant Navona at 289 New Scotland Ave. Albany, NY 12208 (518) 435-0202 Warm yourselves by the fireplace or their brick pizza oven. Jim & Dave will serenade you while you enjoy some fantastic Italian cuisine.
Chef Mike Niccoli’s menu walks the line between Mediterranean and Modern Italian, with an emphasis on freshness and wood-fired fare. Niccoli, an Albany native, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with honors, Voted Chef of the Year by his local chapter of the American Culinary Federation in 2015, recipient of the Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 Award in 2010 and has been a Culinary Instructor at Schenectady County Community College for more than six years.
